Hello, I'm Janette, Norfolk born and bred; married with 4 grown up children together with 3 step-sons and 9 grandchildren. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful family. Throughout my career I have been a carer in a Nursing home, a registered Childminder and social tutor for adults with sensory loss (both blind and deaf), challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. I was a Carer for my mother who had Alzheimer's and who sadly passed away at the end of March 2020. I have experienced the heartache and difficulties that dementia brings to families.
I have some wonderful clients; some home based and some living in Residential Care Homes. Together we do all sorts of things through the Companionship Service I provide; nothing is too much trouble and I have endless patience. I am very lucky to be working for 5 local Solicitors assisting with looking after their clients, I have been recommended by a local GP for the Elderly, an independent Social Worker and have received referrals from Age UK, Social Services, Alzheimers Society, and the N&N Hospital and very proud to be a part of the Community Catalyst Group at Norfolk County Council.
Just making a small difference to someone's day is the most satisfying part of my career.

Hello I'm Lisa
I have lived in Norfolk all my life and currently live in the pretty village of Thompson. I live with my partner and 2 cats, Gypsy and Max.
In the past I have worked at a care company, as a carer and have experience of looking after clients with dementia. I spent 8 years working as a cook at a local catering firm. I really enjoy cooking and baking and would love to help your loved ones cook their meals or bake them naughty treats they enjoy.
I have many hobbies in my life that I enjoy. Walking is a big passion and I love to take clients out for some fresh air and exercise. In the last few years, thanks to my mum, I'm now a big gardener and would be more than happy for those with green fingers to get out in the garden and do some weeding and planting flowers. I also love the challenge of a good crossword or jigsaw puzzle, just to keep the mind active.
I thoroughly enjoy my job.
I have built up good and strong relationships with not just my clients but their loved ones as well. I find my job very rewarding when I know that I have put a smile on someone's face just by spending some time with them.
